Summary: The house had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The house rules say a total of 6 people but could easily accommodate 9 people for sleeping. The kitchen was spacious and had almost all the spices needed for walking in and cooking. The living room had plenty of seating for us. The beds were mostly comfortable, I’m spoiled to my sleep number bed. Each bedroom had 2 beds. At home we sleep with the thermostat set a 66, if it had not been for the fans in each bedroom we would not have been so comfortable. There is plenty of parking, a 2 car driveway and space for another vehicle in the alley. The handyman on call is awesome and very friendly, I met him due to my own fault. The location is in walking distance to HEB (the grocery store), and several local eateries and various shops. I highly recommend this place for staying if you are not dead set on staying at Port Aransas. The rate we paid per night based on the location and amenities we got a great deal, it was easily worth double what we paid.
